"Our Commitment to Transparency" Terms

(T-1) What we commit to. We will send you one performance report by email covering the first thirty (30) days from the service start date, within seven (7) business days from the end of that period. The report includes the work completed, the available metrics and brief notes.

(T-2) Start date. The thirty days start from the later of: the date we confirm receipt of payment, or the date you provide us with the access and content needed to start work.

(T-3) Data sources. Metrics are taken from the platform tools available to us and may differ from figures in other tools. If data is not available for a metric, we will say so in the report.

(T-4) No financial commitment. This commitment covers the report only. It does not give rise to any refund or financial compensation, and it does not include any guarantee of specific results or figures. This does not affect your rights under our Refund, Cancellation and Billing Policy and Terms and Conditions.

(T-5) External factors. Results are affected by factors outside our control, such as platform policies, algorithm changes, competition, product quality and price.

(T-6) Confidentiality. We do not share your report with any other party without your consent, in line with our Privacy Policy.

The report covers thirty calendar days from the start, identifying actual service days and any suspension or end during that period. Preparing it does not automatically extend the service or create an additional charge.
